Rates
Dogs = $20.00 per calendar day
20% off the normal boarding rate for each additional dog in the same household sharing a kennel together.
ex. 2 dogs= $20.00+$16.00=$36.00 per calendar day.
ex. 3 dogs= $20.00+$16.00+16.00= $52.00 per calendar day
If for any reason your dogs need to be separated during their visit with us, you will be charged the normal boarding rate per dog, starting on the date of separation.
Cats = $8.00 per calendar day
At the present time we cannot accommodate multiple cats from the same family to share a kennel together; however we will allow them to have time together throughout their visit with us.
** As stated in our Boarding section, we do not charge “extra” for any playtime, activities or snuggle time your pets deserve while here visiting with us. ***

We are here seven days a week, 365 days a year. We are here very early in the morning, throughout the day, and as late as necessary in the evening to care for each pet visiting with us. Even if your pet is coming in or going home, we offer the same standards of care for everyone. Due to these factors our boarding rates are based on a per calendar day charge. This means you are charged for the day you drop off and the day you pick up, regardless of the time. |

For all services offered at Country Comfort Inn at Jamison Acres, we require that you make a reservation with us first to ensure availability. Reservations can be made over the phone at 716-652-3353, or you can stop in during our office hours.

Tours are welcomed and encouraged weekdays during office hours, or by appointment.
When you make a reservation, please allow a few moments to answer some questions about your pet. Knowing as much information as possible will help us get to know him/her, even before they arrive.
Holiday Reservations and hours
We recommend that you make any holiday reservations 3 or MORE weeks in advance.
Holidays and summer are the busiest times for us, so it is necessary to shorten our office hours to allow us the proper time and care for your pet. When you make your pets reservation we will inform you of our holiday office hours.
NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE deposit of $50.00 is required for all holiday reservations.

This includes the day before and the day after as well. Please call our office if you have additional questions.

When dropping off, we ask that you leave your pet in your vehicle while registering.
You will want to have your pet's vaccination records handy to show that they have had the proper vaccines for boarding. This must be brought in a written form from your veterinarian. (If it is easier, your pet's records can be faxed to us by your veterinarian at 716-652-4420 prior to drop off.)
We will require that you provide us with a number where we can reach you directly in case of emergency. These days, cell phones have become very reliable, and can be reached just about anywhere. If you choose to leave a local number, it is important that the local contact person can make decisions on your behalf.
Don't forget your dog's overnight bag. Please see our section on “Boarding” to determine what to bring for your pet's stay with us.
Sometimes dropping your pet off for a vacation can be more stressful on the owner than the pet. To make it an easy transition, when bringing your dog for its boarding stay, don't “fuss” over your pet when saying goodbye, this will only make your pet anxious. A quick “Have fun Fido, see you when I return” is sufficient. Once you leave the office, your pet will have too much exploring and activities going on than to even think of missing you. |

Please allow 24 hours notice if you are returning early from a trip and wish to pick up your pet before their scheduled home date. If we don't receive 24 hours notice, you will be charged an extra day's board.
You may have your pet groomed before leaving from its stay with us. We would prefer to groom them the day they depart, so you will want discuss a pick up time, which will usually be later in the day.
Belongings brought with your pet will be returned, but please be aware that just like at home, some dogs left alone with toys or chewies, may destroy them. Because of this, it is possible that all toys may NOT return home.

| Settling in at home after Boarding |

1) Most dogs (owners too) are very excited when they are reunited with their family after being on vacation. When you return home please allow your pet time to settle down and settle in to its environment before feeding him/her its meal.
2) They may drink a little more water than usual when they return home, so you may want to limit the amount you give them at first.
3) Try to avoid overloading your pet with lots of goodies and treats. Too many treats sometimes will create an upset stomach or soft stools. The best way to show your pet that you missed them and still love them is good old fashioned hugs and kisses, or play your pet's favorite game with them. |
