| Each guest has their own spacious indoor / outdoor room while they vacation with us! |

Each guest has their own private 5' x 12' indoor room and an adjoining 5' x 12' outdoor patio. All guests have access to the outdoors all day long in the Spring and Summer months, and in the colder months we let them out every two hours. All rooms are constructed of cement block from floor to ceiling.
Our rooms are spacious enough that if you have multiple dogs in your family, they may share the same room. When sharing a room together, we must be able to leave your dogs unattended with food and toys. If we find that your dogs are unhappy or not sharing their space nicely, we will need to separate them. If they are separated your boarding rate will change and it will be reflected on your final bill.
**The outdoor areas are securely enclosed with chain link. They are also covered and screened to protect our guests from the elements.**
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our facility, and each room is continuously cleaned and disinfected daily.

PLAYTIME and SOCIALIZATION
For young and/or energetic guests we offer playtime with their favorite toys in a 2,000 sqft grassy play yard. This area is also great for our guests who like to socialize with each other. We allow play groups of up to four dogs, which are compatible in personality, temperament and size. All play groups are strictly monitored. Any dog that wants to participate in social groups will be screened first. If we find your pet is unhappy, or not suitable for any play group they will have just as much fun with their human friends. |

REST and RELAXATION
Some of our guests are just looking to snuggle up on their favorite blanket with a rawhide bone to chew on. Perhaps snuggling with a human friend will make them happy. Maybe lazing on the couch is what they had in mind. We are glad to offer your pet time in our Recreation room, where we have a couch and T.V. This room is also large enough and perfect on days where the weather isn't very desirable, so we can still toss a ball around. | | |

COUNTRY WALKS
Our guests who aren't the most playful, but want to stretch their legs, or who just want to enjoy the fresh country air, always enjoy a long walk around the property or along our ¼ mile private drive.
We feel that all guests while visiting with us deserve human interaction and activities designed to their own unique personalities. We include these activities in our daily routine at no extra cost. | | |

Our cat room is located in a quiet and cozy area of the facility away from the activity of the dogs. Our feline guests have a nice sized kennel that includes litter box, water, food and a comfortable blanket to lie on. Some cats prefer to have their privacy while they are here, but on occasion some like to roam around, scratch on a post, or lay on the couch in our recreation room. And of course we indulge them with a little snuggle time or if they like, play with some cat toys. There is always something to please even our feline guests.

FEEDING:
We prefer that our guests remain on the same diet they are accustomed to having at home. If they receive any supplements, goodies, or flavorful foods, please bring these items. We can accommodate table food, lunchmeats, cheese, etc. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, and fridge. We will also keep your pet on its same feeding schedule as at home, for example: free feed, or 2 to 3 times per day. Our guests are fed as early as 7:30 am and as late as 5 to 6pm. If you did not bring your pets food or forgot it, we will offer our house brand of Prarie, but please be aware there will be a fee of $1.00 per day added to your final bill.
MEDICATIONS:
We will administer most medications to our guests at no extra charge with the exception of insulin injections for pets with diabetes, or any other type of injections. (A surcharge of $10.00 per day will be added to your bill.) If your pet requires some type of “special” treat to hide their medication in, please bring this with you. |

PACKING THE OVERNIGHT BAG:
1) Bring enough food for the number of days your pet will be with us, plus one or two days extra, just in case your pets' time is extended.
2) For your pet's comfort, you should pack a small blanket or towel with your home scent on it. Your pets own cover off their bedding is always a good idea. (We also provide bedding, which is laundered on a daily basis)*** PLEASE, no comforters, overly stuffed bedding, or anything that cannot be washed in a regular size washing machine.***
3) Another important item to pack is your pet's favorite toy(s). We ask that you please limit the number of toys to just two or three. We also have toys available here.
4) Pack snacks and goodies they are accustomed to having at home. Limit these to just 2 or 3 per day . We find that consuming too many goodies results in an upset stomach or soft stools.
5) If your pet requires medication, bring them in the original container prescribed by your veterinarian. It should also be clearly marked with the dose and quantity given per day. |
