Jamison Acres Kennels was established in 1990 by Judy Caradori. Judy was well known in WNY and other parts of the US for her breeding and showing of AKC Champion German Shepherds and AKC Champion Bichons. Judy sadly was forced to retire from her kennel business due to illness.
In June of 2006 we re-opened the kennel as Country Comfort Inn at Jamison Acres. June 1st 2010 we will be celebrating our 4th year in business!! | | | | | | | | | | | Judy Caradori with her Champion "Buffalo Bill" in the late 1980's |

Jill M. Lyon, Owner-
My love for animals started as a child, growing up with our own family pets. In high school I took the Small Animal Science course at the W.D. Ormsby Vo-tech school. When I graduated I applied for a job at a reputable kennel here in WNY. I started as a kennel worker, cleaning and caring for the pets, and worked my way to management. Knowing the boarding business inside and out and also knowing what pet owners expect of a pet care service, I felt it was time to put my 13+ years experience into my own business. | | | | | | | | | | | My daughter Alexandria, and I |

Mark Johnston, Owner-
Mark has had pets of his own all his life, ranging from dogs to horses. Having expectations of how his pets should be cared for while he is away, he has brought a lot of creative ideas and is contributing them here. He also helps with the care of the pets. Due to his 20+ years as a general contractor he also maintains the building so we are able to run things efficiently.
With our combined experience and knowledge in different areas of business, we continue to make improvements with the existing building and eventually want to build luxury dog suites and a new cat facility which will also have suites. | | |
